Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement an annual business plan targeting revenue, profit, market share, and growth goals.
- Direct commercial sales, pricing strategies, and market approaches to enhance customer value and financial outcomes.
- Forge and deepen relationships with critical clients, freight collaborators, and industry partners to secure long-lasting alliances.
- Spot new business prospects and innovative income channels that promote sustainable growth.
- Lead and cultivate a high-achieving Cargo team, fostering an environment that encourages excellence and team success.

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of five years in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Regional sales exposure is considered a strong advantage.
- Possession of a university degree in business or equivalent substantial commercial experience.
- Robust commercial insight with the capacity to pinpoint opportunities and attain profitable results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and partners externally.
- Strategic mindset capable of balancing visionary long-term plans with daily operational demands.
