Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents, ensuring their daily needs and preferences are met.
• Facilitate community involvement by supporting residents in attending appointments, social outings, and pursuing personal interests.
• Work within the Key Worker model to build meaningful and trusting relationships with those in your care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and uphold high-quality standards of support.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid full driving licence is mandatory to support transportation tasks.
• A genuine passion for empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives according to their own choices.
• A positive attitude coupled with respectful and person-centred interaction skills.
