Role Overview
The Call Center Agent serves as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring all their needs are addressed warmly and personally. The role requires maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere while managing a high volume of calls, both incoming and outgoing. Facilitating smooth communication between guests and internal departments while upholding Forbes standards is a vital aspect of this position.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a similar call center or customer service role involving high call volumes. Strong work ethics and a passion for continuous learning and development are essential. Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, or German is considered beneficial.
