Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Calculator (m/f/d) specializing in building construction for both structural (above and below ground) projects, with the possibility to also contribute in turnkey construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently preparing cost calculations for structural and civil engineering projects.
- Serving as the primary contact for clients during the calculation process.
- Compiling required certifications, forms, and data sets for public and private clients.
- Requesting, coordinating, and liaising with subcontractors.
- Supporting work preparation and controlling tasks in close collaboration with site management.
- Assisting with contract awards, cost comparisons, and handling of change orders during construction.
- Performing post-calculation analysis and presenting results of completed construction projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably experience as a calculator in structural and civil engineering fields.
- Proficiency with computer systems including confident use of MS Office applications.
- Dependable, conscientious, motivated and a strong team player.
- Possession of a class B driving license.
