Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor with expertise in company formation within the UAE, specifically Abu Dhabi. The candidate will assist clients in establishing businesses while ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.

Key Tasks

• Provide consultancy on business setup options including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore entities
• Manage the complete process of company registration and requisite documentation
• Coordinate with government agencies and licensing bodies
• Offer guidance on legal entity structures, licensing procedures, and visa formalities
• Assist with PRO services and secure necessary approvals
• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Meet designated sales targets

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in UAE business setup or company formation
• In-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi's regulatory framework
• Proven experience in liaising with governmental authorities
• Strong interpersonal and client service abilities
• Sales-driven approach
• Preferred Credentials:
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Existing UAE client contacts preferred
• Multilingual capability is an advantage
