About the Role
Join Romac Industries' Operations team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you'll engage in a dynamic, high-profile environment focusing on data analysis, demand modeling, optimization, and project management. Your role includes translating business intelligence strategies into sophisticated analytical models that integrate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights aligned with company objectives, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret extensive manufacturing and operations data to deliver insightful recommendations to senior leadership.
- Create and deploy innovative systems and technologies that provide decision support tools, empowering leaders and practitioners to make strategic decisions.
- Design data visualizations adhering to statistical best practices to effectively communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to Romac's operations research efforts.
- Examine complex business challenges through data analysis, offering solutions and influencing problem-solving methodologies.
- Apply expert judgment to navigate ambiguous problems and decide on appropriate analytical approaches.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, operations research, finance, statistics, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience in analytical roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, data cleansing, data modeling, and proficiency with relational databases.
- Experience crafting dashboards, charts, and automated reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- A strong data-driven approach with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is stated between $100,600 and $151,000, with compensation reflecting individual qualifications and internal equity. Salary ranges are reviewed annually, and pay increases are performance-based.
