Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to oversee the roll-forming ERW tube manufacturing plant. This leadership role includes comprehensive responsibility for plant operations, profit and loss management, EPC and export sales for solar tracker parts, as well as supply chain management, quality assurance, and overall business expansion.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should bring extensive industry experience, ideally 25 or more years in ERW tube or steel pipe manufacturing, with at least 5 to 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, or Business Head. Proven full P&L ownership and familiarity with EPC and solar sales channels are essential. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA preferred. The position requires readiness for significant travel commitments, estimated between 40% and 50% of the time.
