Role Overview
This position, based in Eastern Saudi Arabia, focuses on in-depth local market analysis, strategic sales planning, and expanding client relationships across the kingdom. The role demands frequent onsite visits to key cities to foster brand presence and cultivate business opportunities, particularly within hotel chains and independent operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Map the hospitality market throughout Saudi Arabia, maintaining detailed records of hotel groups, procurement frameworks, and decision-makers.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive market entry strategies and sales plans with measurable KPIs for short, medium, and long-term targets.
- Establish and oversee a robust sales pipeline, tracking progression towards business objectives and revenue goals.
- Create and launch a Saudi-specific product catalogue and pricing strategy, adapting offers to local client needs and exploring co-branding possibilities.
- Identify and develop prospects in traditional and adjacent sectors including hospitals, spas, gyms, and lounges, targeting 2–3 new vertical markets within six months.
- Cultivate senior-level contacts within purchasing, operations, and brand management departments.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach through negotiations to contract finalization.
- Represent Hunter Amenities at relevant trade events and hospitality conferences.
Performance Metrics
- Complete comprehensive Saudi market mapping and client database within three months.
- Deliver a strategic business plan and actionable sales roadmap by the end of the fifth month.
- Build a pipeline of at least 30 active sales leads within six months.
- Secure a minimum of two property or group contracts in the first year of employment.
- Launch a Saudi-specific product and pricing catalogue within six months.
- Achieve higher compliance with global programs in the Saudi market.
- Identify 2–3 new promising adjacent business segments within the first year.
Additional Strategic Opportunities
Further expansion into airlines, cruise lines, and other territories may be considered contingent upon success within Saudi Arabia over an initial 12 to 18 month timeframe.
Work Environment and Commitment
The role requires full-time dedication with at least twenty field visits monthly, ensuring effective market engagement and brand visibility. The position involves close coordination with various internal teams including customer service, sales support, demand planning, logistics, finance, marketing, and product development to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
