About the Role
Wealth Clinic Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager specialized in Real Estate to join their team at the Noida Sector 132 location. The key function of this role is to expand the company's sales through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by attracting new clients and fostering ongoing relationships.
- Analyze client needs to suggest appropriate real estate investment options.
- Lead property presentations, organize site visits, and negotiate deals.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals to support business expansion.
- Build and sustain strong connections with clients and channel partners.
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and project details.
Candidate Requirements
- One to three years of experience in real estate sales is desirable.
- Possess excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Demonstrate a strong sales focus with a target-oriented mindset.
- Graduation degree required; preference for MBA holders.
- Immediate availability to join preferred.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month.
