Company Overview
myHQ by ANAROCK is seeking articulate and business-savvy professionals for its Virtual Office Sales team based in Gurgaon and Noida. This opportunity involves engaging with both domestic and international clients, primarily business founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with inbound leads from across India and abroad.
- Conduct structured discovery calls with senior executives to understand business needs.
- Communicate professionally and confidently across different regions and time zones.
- Act as a trustworthy business partner representing myHQ in all communications.
- Prepare professional proposals, manage follow-ups, and handle commercial discussions via email.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements thoroughly through effective questioning.
- Demonstrate Virtual Office solutions aligned with client business goals.
- Manage objections tactfully and guide clients through decision-making processes.
- Convert qualified leads into lasting client relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of myHQ’s products, compliance standards, corporate documentation, and market trends.
- Keep detailed CRM records of client communications, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Analyze lead behavior to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to improve offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales or lead conversion roles.
- Preferred experience engaging with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership.
- Exposure to international clients and cross-border communication is an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with a neutral accent preferred.
- Strong business insight and ability to present professionally.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and confident, comfortable taking ownership of work.
