Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students on academic matters, available courses, and career trajectories.
• Evaluate student needs to recommend appropriate educational programs.
• Manage inquiries through multiple communication channels including calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain records of leads and conduct follow-ups while updating CRM systems accurately.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must be a graduate possessing strong interpersonal communication and counseling capabilities.
• Previous experience in sales or converting leads is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, be driven by targets, and exhibit effective follow-up skills.
