Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in SAP to support and enhance our S/4HANA system, specifically within the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders including business users, technical teams, vendors, and project delivery teams to create effective, scalable SAP solutions that are well-governed.

The position balances routine support tasks and project-based work spanning requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and user assistance. Functional coverage includes order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, logistics, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business partners to analyze current workflows and challenges, then translate these needs into suitable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and enhance SD and MM processes such as sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, purchasing, goods movements, inventory control, and invoice verification.
• Create clear business requirements, functional specifications, solution architectures, process flows, test scenarios, and training documents.
• Evaluate impacts of changes across SD and MM as well as related systems including integrations, data, reporting, finance, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and improvements through activities like unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration experts, vendors, and managed service providers to deliver reports, forms, interfaces, and workflow solutions.
• Deliver Level 2/3 functional support by investigating recurring issues, maintaining accurate system documentation, and updating process manuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 4 and 7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Analyst with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA SD and MM module configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, sales operations, purchasing, and logistics business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and convert business needs into functional SAP applications.
• Proven experience managing support for production SAP systems, handling incidents, and assisting with enhancements or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA User Experience concepts, and integration technologies like IDocs, EDI, APIs, or middleware.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving aptitude, and knowledge of SAP CRM, FI/CO modules, vendor management, or Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is beneficial.
