Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst role is a part-time, remote position supporting FX3 by analyzing client businesses and projects to discover improvement and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting business data, process mapping, report and presentation preparation, and aiding in the creation of customized management and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and clients to document requirements and contribute to business cases and project plans.
• Monitor performance indicators, evaluate risks, and propose actions aligned with current market trends and client goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities for data evaluation and pattern recognition to assist decision-making.
• Expertise in business and business planning to structure strategies and support project and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present insights and work effectively with teams and clients.
• Customer service proficiency to develop trust and deeply understand client requirements.
• Experience in consulting, project management, or business development, preferably in technical or industrial sectors, is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis software, spreadsheets, and tools for presentations is a plus.
