About the Role

Austra RCM Private Limited is recruiting Process Associates and Senior Process Associates for telecalling positions based in Perungudi, Chennai. The job involves handling outbound calls primarily within the banking sector, focusing on customer collections.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls related to banking customers.
• Accurately document customer conversations and interactions in CRM or call logs.
• Promptly follow up with clients by providing timely callbacks.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach while meeting collection objectives.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum qualification of graduation from any recognized Indian education board; candidates with arrears are eligible.
• Strong communication abilities with fluency in English plus one of the following: Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada.
• DRA Certified or Non-DRA candidates welcome.
• Experience range from freshers to up to 3 years.
