Role Overview

We are looking to appoint a skilled BIM Coordinator to enhance and support the digital construction capabilities within our organization. This position is perfect for a driven professional seeking to advance toward a BIM Manager role by playing a crucial part in implementing BIM processes, standards, and technologies throughout various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AEC software accounts, including licensing, renewals, and contract coordination.
• Develop and provide internal training sessions aimed at elevating the digital construction skills of teams.
• Engage proactively in BIM and design meetings, sharing expertise and promoting coordination.
• Collaborate with project teams internally and externally to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design intentions.
• Detect inconsistencies between BIM models, shop drawings, and site conditions, raising concerns promptly.
• Document weekly BIM and design meetings by creating minutes and maintaining action item trackers.
• Coordinate BIM model integration among all stakeholders to ensure cross-disciplinary coherence.
• Identify and resolve clashes within BIM models, escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
• Oversee BIM information management and ensure adherence to Common Data Environment protocols.
• Create and update a comprehensive library of standard BIM families and templates.
• Support project delivery according to BIM Execution Plans to maintain quality and consistency.
• Undertake additional related tasks as assigned by senior management.
