About The Role
The Address Collective is seeking a committed Bartender to become part of our dynamic Food and Beverage team. This role involves assisting guests by serving drinks and supporting overall customer service excellence, ensuring a memorable experience in our bar outlets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver beverage service to customers following set service standards and operational procedures without exception.
- Accurately take and execute drink orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge about the drinks menu and cocktail preparation, confidently advising guests and identifying chances to promote additional sales.
- Maintain superior customer satisfaction throughout each interaction in the food and beverage environment.
- Keep the bar clean and orderly during shifts, complying fully with regular deep cleaning routines.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess at least one year of professional bartending experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, particularly shifts from early afternoon to early evening.
- Strong command of English language and excellent communication skills.
- Authorized and able to work on a full-time basis.
Skills Essential to Success
- Expertise in bar service and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- In-depth understanding of beverage preparation including advanced knowledge of beers and spirits considered a plus.
