Job Description
As a Barkeeper, your talent will help create memorable stays for our guests. You will provide attentive service at the bar and One Lounge while performing key duties including:
- Ensuring smooth and speedy service operations.
- Assisting in organizing bar service, establishing necessary standards and workflow plans in coordination with department leadership.
- Advising guests and proactively promoting Motel One Lounge offerings to meet sales targets in the One Lounge.
- Supporting inventory tasks such as ordering food, beverages, and spirits for the bar area and conducting month-end stock counts.
- Gaining cross-departmental experience through collaboration within our multicultural teams.
Qualifications
