Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests as an enthusiastic host, offering expert advice about the full range of products and crafting exceptional coffee drinks.
• Prepare and serve not only specialty coffees and juices but also a variety of sweet and savory snacks made from sustainable ingredients, highly anticipated by customers throughout the day.
• Operate the cash register, ensuring smooth transactions, accurate cash management, and positive guest interactions to start their day right.
• Perform general upkeep tasks including clearing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with colleagues to support all store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Friendly, motivated, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and responsible individual who takes pride in contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a welcoming shop atmosphere.
• Eager to learn continuously about the unique elements of the product offering and develop barista skills such as latte art.
• Previous experience in hospitality is welcome but not mandatory; full training will be provided to develop necessary coffee expertise.
