Role Overview

We seek an optimistic, friendly Barista who thrives in both teamwork and independent roles. A genuine smile and joy in making others happy are essential qualities. The position may be full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (under 30 hours per week) with variable hours weekly.

Key Duties

• Craft and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Continuously pursue learning and professional development in coffee and tea preparation.
• Share knowledge of coffee and tea with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with guest transactions, table bussing, food and drink running, and general support tasks.
• Maintain composure and friendliness while multitasking in a busy environment.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized during shifts.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu products.
• Foster a warm, welcoming demeanor toward guests and team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members throughout each shift.
• Embrace growth, learning opportunities, and creativity.
• Engage positively with the local community and promote inclusiveness.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Capable of standing and walking for up to eight hours per shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and repetitive motions during shifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
