Role Summary

We seek an enthusiastic Barista skilled in espresso and filter brewing techniques, with a strong desire to learn about coffee roasting and beverage design experimentation. This position offers growth opportunities in a team focused on coffee education and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and filter coffee beverages.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment.
• Assist in coffee bean preparation and participate in roasting sessions to deepen understanding of the craft.
• Innovate and experiment with beverage recipes to develop unique coffee experiences.
• Engage with customers by sharing coffee knowledge and providing outstanding hospitality.
• Ensure café cleanliness and organization, including workstations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with café operational tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous barista experience preferred, or strong fundamental knowledge of coffee.
• Proficient in espresso extraction, milk frothing, and filter brewing methods.
• Passion for specialty coffee, roasting, and beverage recipe experimentation.
• Excellent hospitality skills and customer engagement ability.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow within café and roasting programs.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and dedication to quality.
