About the Role
Join our Riccarton branch as a Banking Assistant and start your career journey in financial services. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, face-to-face banking service addressing customer needs.
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support customers with transactions, account queries, and guidance on digital banking tools.
- Maintain precise records while ensuring compliance with banking policies and security standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
- Leverage additional language skills, especially Mandarin, to assist a diverse customer base.
Requirements
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong numerical, administrative, and technical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player within a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance and security protocols.

Working Hours
Work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
