Role overview

Cornish Bakery is looking for a Team Member to join its Chelmsford location. The business is focused on creating a warm community-led experience and aims to provide nourishing food and excellent hospitality. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, including the brand’s coffee offering
• Provide consistently strong customer service
• Make freshly prepared food to a high standard
• Keep the bakery clean, tidy, and operating to expected standards
• Work closely with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Training and team culture
