Back Office Executive - Computer Operations

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring candidates for a computer operations position in a back office environment located in Bankura Town, West Bengal. The role involves managing and monitoring computer systems, maintaining customer databases, and updating daily operational information.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the functioning of computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep daily operational information updated and monitor computer system activities.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Record and address customer complaints on a daily basis.
• Adhere to and implement security protocols to maintain system and data integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S) pass; graduates and above are also eligible.

Additional Information

• Salary ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
• Working hours are 8 hours a day with Sundays off.
• Location: Bankura Town, West Bengal.
• This is a full in-house back office role.
