Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and responsible driver to operate a 3-wheeler auto rickshaw for transportation duties in Agra. This position involves the secure and punctual conveyance of goods or passengers, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Key Duties
- Drive a 3-wheeler auto vehicle with safety and efficiency.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries as assigned.
- Comply with traffic regulations and company safety standards consistently.
- Keep the vehicle clean and maintain basic upkeep.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Validate delivery paperwork, trip sheets, or customer information when necessary.
- Exhibit professional conduct toward customers and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a valid 3-wheeler auto driving license.
- Ownership or access to a 3-wheeler auto vehicle is required.
- Good familiarity with Agra's routes and local geography.
- Preferably at least one year of driving experience.
- Basic proficiency in Hindi communication.
- Displays punctuality, discipline, and a customer-oriented approach.
Additional Preferences
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or passenger transportation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of mobile applications and navigation tools is preferred.
Work Schedule
- This is a full-time position.
- Work shifts are flexible, adjusted based on operational needs.
- One weekly day off as per the roster.
