Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering and product teams.
• Convert complex business challenges into clear, structured technical roadmaps and actionable execution plans.
• Monitor program-level progress through metrics, timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive project completion.
• Develop frameworks, dashboards, and processes to enhance the scalability, visibility, and predictability of programs.
• Assist engineering leadership with strategic initiatives at the company level.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between technical and non-technical groups to promote smooth execution of projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related engineering discipline (B.Tech).
• MBA from a top-tier institution (such as IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
• 0 to 2 years of experience; freshers and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to solve problems in structured ways working in ambiguous contexts.
• Technical understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong collaborative skills with engineering teams, including participation in technical discussions.
• Experience leading projects, internships, startups, or ventures from inception to completion is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen interest in building a career focused on technical program management and technology leadership.
