Overview
Join Omnicom Health Medical Communications as a Project Manager, overseeing client deliverables for an assigned brand. You'll lead development projects by collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget. Your role involves advising on the feasibility of creative concepts, planning resource allocation, spotting bottlenecks early, and suggesting effective resolutions. You will also maintain detailed records to support the agency's workflow and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed setup, skillfully balancing resource requirements to meet deadlines.
- Maintain project dashboards and SharePoint sites to provide clear visibility of project status and schedules to teams.
- Work alongside HR, Corporate Communications, and other departments to ensure successful delivery of programs and consistent branding.
- Promptly escalate issues to resolve challenges and secure project success.
- Support and assist in delivering various ad hoc talent-related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, production, marketing operations, or similar areas.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; basic familiarity with project and financial management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and budget management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or advertising is advantageous, along with knowledge of multichannel production processes.
Additional Information
Salary range: $63,000 to $85,000 annually.
Omnicom requires employees to be onsite at least three days per week, with the possibility of increased office attendance over time as directed by the agency or management, including some teams requiring five days on-site.
