The candidate is also expected to lead undergraduate and graduate courses in meteorology and climate science.

Responsibilities

Salary is competitive and aligned with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Applicants should submit:

  • A cover letter explaining qualifications and motivation to join NTU.
  • Complete Curriculum Vitae including detailed publication list with links to Google Scholar or Scopus profiles highlighting academic output, impact factor, h-index, and FWCI.
  • Additional relevant information such as the number of supervised graduate students, grants obtained, patents, and awards related to research and teaching.
  • Research statement of 1-2 pages outlining research plans.
  • Teaching statement of 1-2 pages describing teaching philosophy and experience.
  • Optional service or future aspirations statement (1-2 pages).
  • A detailed research project proposal approximately 5 pages long.
  • Contact information for three referees willing to provide recommendation letters if shortlisted; applicants may specify any individuals to exclude with explanation.

All application materials will be treated confidentially. Only complete applications will be considered and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
