Assistant Manager

Job Overview

The Assistant Manager will support the store manager in overseeing staff management and handling all administrative functions such as opening and closing the store, reporting to Head Office, and managing merchandise transfers and receptions. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and staff scheduling during the manager's absence. Adherence to all Lacoste boutique management procedures to maximize store productivity is essential.
