Role overview
GlasGrowth is a UK growth agency that powers the marketing and lead-generation side for established installers of windows and doors. The company runs the ads, manages the campaigns, and fills client calendars with qualified homeowner appointments. This role is for a friendly, quick-thinking appointment setter who will turn incoming lead interest into booked visits across the client portfolio.
This is neither cold calling nor a pure sales role. You will speak with homeowners who have already shown interest in replacing or installing windows or doors. Your job is to connect quickly, assess fit in roughly two minutes, and secure a slot directly in the installer’s diary.
Key duties
- Contact fresh warm leads within minutes of arrival for all clients.
- Screen each lead using a short checklist covering homeowner status, area coverage, actual project intent, timing, and whether the decision-maker is available.
- Place qualified appointments directly into the installer’s calendar and ensure the handover is complete.
- Manage confirmation and reminder steps to reduce no-shows and rebook anyone who misses their appointment.
- Re-engage older leads, including no-shows and people who never booked, by using provided scripts to convert them back into appointments.
- Record all activity in GoHighLevel so every client pipeline remains up to date.
- Maintain a polished, helpful, professional tone that matches a premium installer and never sounds pushy.
Required experience and fit
- Practical, day-to-day experience in GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is essential, including pipelines, workflows, calendars, and contact records.
- You should speak clear, neutral English that sounds natural and easy for a UK homeowner to understand on the phone; a British-leaning accent is an advantage.
- Prior phone-based experience is needed, ideally in appointment setting, inside sales, SDR work, or warm outbound calling.
- You must be based in South Africa and have a quiet home workspace, dependable uncapped fibre internet, a headset, and backup power for load shedding such as an inverter or UPS.
- You need to be comfortable working UK business hours plus early evenings, approximately 10:00 to 19:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, so homeowners can be reached after work.
- Strong organisation and reliability are important: follow the checklist closely, update records consistently, and prevent leads from going cold.
Nice-to-have experience
- Background in home improvement, construction, trades, or property-related leads.
- Exposure to Closebot or other AI/SMS booking tools.
- Experience scheduling appointments in UK diaries or working with UK customers.
- Comfort using Slack, Google Calendar, and simple reporting dashboards.
Compensation and growth
The base pay is £650 per month, which is approximately R15,000, and it is paid monthly. In addition, there is a bonus for every qualified appointment that attends, plus monthly volume bonuses for strong performance. Overall earnings are designed to be comfortably above the base for high performers, with meaningful upside available.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to move into a lead setter position as the client base expands and a small setting team is built. The process starts with a paid trial week using real leads, supported by scripts and guidance, so both sides can confirm the fit.
