This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Jaipur for an Amazon Executive who will oversee and improve the brand’s performance across Amazon and other online marketplaces. The position centers on keeping product information current, ensuring stock and pricing accuracy, and supporting smooth order handling.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain product listings across Amazon and similar marketplace platforms.
• Refresh product content, pricing details, and inventory information as needed.
• Work with internal teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled on time and information stays accurate.
• Track key marketplace indicators such as sales performance, conversion trends, and customer reviews or feedback.
• Use performance insights to support better ranking, visibility, and revenue growth.
• Respond to basic customer questions about orders, returns, and product details.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to assist with promotions and marketplace campaigns.
• Identify operational issues proactively and help resolve them quickly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling Amazon Seller Central or a comparable e-commerce marketplace, including listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to review reports, sales data, and market trends.
• Comfort using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools, along with online dashboards.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction.
• Well-developed organization and time management skills, with an emphasis on precision and deadlines.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, order processing, and basic customer support practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with teams across operations, sales, and marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related area is preferred, and experience in e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
