AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement intelligent solutions that integrate advanced artificial intelligence technologies. The role requires collaboration with clients to accurately assess business challenges and transform them into effective technical applications. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing clear success criteria and managing the deployment as well as ongoing monitoring of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-enabled systems tailored to client requirements.
• Engage with clients closely to comprehend their business objectives and translate them into technical strategies.
• Develop and define measurable success indicators for AI projects.
• Oversee the deployment process and actively monitor performance to ensure operational excellence.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

• Between four to eight years of dedicated experience in data science, specializing in generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, and natural language processing.
• Practical knowledge in implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing knowledge graphs, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI platform tools, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience working with LangChain, agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration solutions.
• Hands-on skills using Hugging Face libraries for developing and fine-tuning machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python aimed at AI system development.
• Familiarity with vector database technologies, embedding vectors, and semantic search implementations.
• Demonstrated aptitude for identifying issues and enhancing AI models and systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Computer Science and Technology, Cyber Security, Information Technology, IT and Data Analytics, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, Robotics and Automation Engineering, Computer Applications, Web Development, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
