- Cultivation & Post-Harvest Management Expert: Candidates should have a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related technical field. They must possess substantial experience in crop cultivation techniques, agricultural facility oversight, and post-harvest quality management. The role requires the ability to deliver technical training and guidance to local farm communities.
