Job Description

The Agency Development Manager role focuses on expanding and strengthening the company's financial advisor network. Responsibilities include recruiting new advisors, facilitating their licensing and certification processes, delivering comprehensive product education, and providing ongoing training to enhance their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new financial advisors to grow the agency network.
• Support advisors in successfully passing the IC33 certification exam required for licensing.
• Assist in obtaining necessary licenses for new financial advisors to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver detailed product knowledge sessions to ensure advisors are well-informed on offerings.
• Provide regular training programs to improve the skills and effectiveness of financial advisors.

Compensation

The annual cost to company ranges from 350,000 to 450,000 INR, complemented by performance-based incentives to reward successful outcomes.
