Role Overview

We are seeking an Aesthetician for a full-time and part-time position based on-site in Kildare. The role involves performing a variety of skincare and aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and hair removal in line with clinic protocols and safety standards. The Aesthetician will conduct client consultations, evaluate needs, recommend suitable treatments and products, and accurately document all services provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess individual skincare requirements.
• Deliver professional aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and hair removal services according to clinic standards.
• Guide clients on appropriate aftercare and skincare regimens to maintain and enhance treatment results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and all equipment.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Promote and support the sales of skincare products and treatment packages through informed, consultative recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in skincare and cosmetology with safe and effective application of professional aesthetic treatments.
• Experience and skill with microneedling and facial treatments, including proper use of equipment and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Strong customer service abilities focused on client comfort, transparent communication, and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Capable of supporting product and treatment sales through knowledgeable and consultative approaches.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in aesthetics, cosmetology, or beauty therapy compliant with local regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, adept at managing time efficiently, and following clinical and safety guidelines rigorously.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in clinic, spa, or medical aesthetics settings is advantageous.
