About the Role
The Kulish School seeks a dedicated Admission Counselor to handle inquiries from prospective parents and support families throughout the admission process. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can convincingly articulate the school's vision, academic programs, teaching philosophy, and unique advantages to prospective families. The ultimate goal is to convert inquiries into enrollments by offering each family a professional, informative, and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions inquiries from diverse sources such as calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms promptly and efficiently.
- Understand and assess the expectations of prospective parents, providing them with relevant information and personalized guidance.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with potential families ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed swiftly.
- Oversee the admission funnel from initial contact through to enrollment, tracking leads diligently.
- Provide counseling about the school's curriculum, teaching methodologies, facilities, activities, and education philosophy with clarity and professionalism.
- Represent the school positively and build strong relations with families, addressing queries thoroughly and confidently.
- Conduct informative and engaging school campus tours tailored to the interests of each family, highlighting key facilities and student experiences.
- Assist parents at every step of the admission journey including registration, application, documentation, assessments, admissions decisions, fee formalities, and final enrolment.
- Coordinate seamlessly with academic, administrative, and financial departments to facilitate a smooth admission process.
- Maintain meticulous records of all inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or MIS systems and generate related reports.
- Build lasting relationships with both prospective and newly enrolled families by ensuring clear, timely communication and addressing concerns professionally.
- Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, outreach events, and assist marketing efforts to boost school admissions.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or closely related disciplines. Postgraduate degrees are advantageous.
Experience
Required experience ranges between 3 and 6 years in areas such as school admissions, counseling, educational sales, customer relationship management, or related roles. Preference will be given to those with backgrounds in IB/IGCSE/International/Premium K-12 schools and a proven track record in parent counseling and admission conversion.
