The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining meticulous daily records of calls and follow-ups.

Key Duties

• Deliver precise information to students about course offerings and admission procedures.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing communication with prospective candidates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to interested candidates to encourage enrollment.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.
• Keep an accurate daily log of all calling activities and follow-up engagements.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
• Address queries from students and their parents effectively.

Requirements and Additional Information

• Experience with tell-calling, sales, or counselling is beneficial.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
