Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking language professionals fluent in both their native language and English to assist in training and assessing AI language models. This contract position is part-time and fully remote, allowing you to work from home and set your own hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated texts for accuracy, fluency, and overall quality.
• Create concise prompts and innovative responses aimed at enhancing AI training.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs according to defined evaluation standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback regarding linguistic quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in your native language and English.
• A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in humanities, language studies, writing, or related fields.
• Professional background in language-related roles such as writing, teaching, translation, editing, or annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to evaluation guidelines.
• Additional experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content evaluation is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to 29 USD per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
• Fully remote with flexible working hours tailored to your availability.
• Part-time contract suitable as primary or supplemental employment.
