Accounts Executive

Overview

Kazima Cosmetics is looking to hire a skilled Accounts Executive with substantial knowledge in accounting, GST, and experience working in a CA firm. This role demands proficiency in reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and handling GST filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Tally Prime to reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare key financial documents including Ledger Reports, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheets.
• Manage cash flow statements and perform bank reconciliations.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports accurately.
• Prepare and file GST returns; possess strong understanding and practical experience with TDS.
• Handle GST online filing and refunds with hands-on working knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience working within a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of GST processes and Tally accounting software.
• Good command over MS Office tools.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate within teams.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
