With a shipbuilding tradition spanning more than 185 years, German Naval Yards emerged from the former surface shipbuilding division of Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft (HDW). Today, based in Kiel and part of the international CMN NAVAL shipyard group, it continues this longstanding maritime heritage on the Kiel Fjord.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with commercial and tax regulations in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Classify and process incoming invoices
• Issue outgoing invoices
• Record, activate, manage, and dispose of fixed assets
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain communication both internally and with external partners
• Handle administrative tasks including master data maintenance

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a commercial discipline
• Preferably several years of professional experience in accounting
• Familiarity with SAP R3 FI/AA/MM modules is advantageous
• Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Demonstrates accuracy, organization, and independent working style
• English language skills are a plus
