Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Precisely document and summarize all financial transactions.
- Provide assistance with accounts payable, payroll, management of receivables, and handling of fixed assets.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, guaranteeing the accuracy and punctuality of financial reports.
- Offer support during audits and ensure adherence to established accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Detect and communicate any inconsistencies or unusual financial activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and maintain financial controls by strictly following company policies and procedures.
- Lead accounting clerical staff by coordinating their tasks and addressing their inquiries.
- Protect financial data by performing regular database backups.
