About the Role

Trucare Advanced Diagnostic Centre is seeking a diligent and detail-focused Accounts & Billing Executive to oversee daily accounting and billing activities. The role welcomes both freshers eager to learn and those with prior accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing cycles including invoice creation and payment recording.
• Maintain daily financial records and accounts.
• Oversee both accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Perform voucher logging, handle cash transactions, and reconcile bank statements.
• Support GST billing processes, assist with documentation, and basic compliance tasks.
• Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software platforms.
• Ensure systematic documentation and accurate record maintenance.

Eligibility Criteria

Both fresh candidates and those with experience are encouraged to apply. No particular degree requirement exists, though familiarity with accounting principles, billing processes, Tally ERP or similar software, and MS Excel is advantageous.

Required Skills

• Fundamental accounting and billing knowledge
• Proficiency in GST billing
• Experience with Tally ERP or accounting software
• Competent with MS Excel and data entry tasks
• Ability to reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records accurately

Compensation
