Account Manager - Chartered Accountant for MNC Manufacturing Company

Job Summary

Join a reputed multinational automotive component manufacturing company as an Account Manager overseeing finance, accounting, taxation, and audit operations across multiple locations. This role involves comprehensive management of financial compliance, reporting, and related activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage finance, accounting, taxation, and audit processes for various branches within the organization.
• Ensure proper handling of Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
• Support and coordinate internal audits and tax audits effectively.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid decision-making.
• Utilize ERP systems for finance-related operations.
• Contribute to finalization of accounts in accordance with IND-AS standards.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes, statutory inspections, and due diligence assessments.
• Guarantee timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns and Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Implement accounting and financial procedures following GAAP, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
• Leverage proficiency in the Japanese language to support multinational business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with exposure to complete CA operations.
• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounts finalization, budgetary control, and finance management.
• Understanding of accounting practices under IND-AS and GAAP standards.
• Familiarity with taxation laws including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and Transfer Pricing rules.
• Experience coordinating with internal auditors and statutory auditors.
• Ability to prepare and review MIS reports and implement ERP tools for financial reporting.
• Proficiency in the Japanese language is essential.

Additional Information

The role is based in Bengaluru and offers a salary range between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000 INR per annum. Candidates should be prepared to manage complex compliance and financial reporting functions within an MNC environment.
