Role overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sparking interest in GoodHabitz among organisations and turning that interest into business. The role calls for strong storytelling, persuasive presentations, and a proactive approach to lead generation using both online and offline methods. You will also use data and sales intelligence tools to keep the pipeline active and consistently work toward exceeding targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, then convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain a steady and well-managed sales pipeline through organised and efficient working methods.
- Meet and speak with potential clients, deliver engaging product presentations, and explain how GoodHabitz can support their organisation’s learning goals.
- Represent the product and the company’s learning philosophy with enthusiasm and confidence to win over prospects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a commercially strong Account Executive with a digital mindset, enjoys meeting new people, and understands how to connect client needs with the right solution. You should be proactive, creative, critical in your thinking, and comfortable contributing fresh ideas.
You should also be results-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable working in an agile environment, and able to communicate clearly. A positive outlook, structured way of working, and solid organisational skills are also important.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven ability to exceed targets and a strong enthusiasm for selling.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to close prospects successfully.
- Native-level German and excellent written and spoken English.
- Preferably, an existing network in HR or L&D across SMEs and larger organisations.
- Preferred experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning products.
