Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve set sales targets and enhance market share.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients.
- Ensure customer retention through active relationship management.
- Manage assigned account portfolios to secure ongoing success and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategic customer solutions to meet business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- At minimum, hold a degree in any discipline.
- Possess at least one year of sales experience, preferably in logistics.
- Experience or understanding of Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
- Ability to empathize with customers and seek mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented, driven by results, passionate, and self-motivated.
- Possession of own vehicle is preferred.
