Job Purpose

The Accommodation Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and maintenance throughout guest bedrooms, back of house, and public areas. Leading and organizing accommodation staff, the manager ensures prompt, courteous, and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and repair of rooms, furnishings, and equipment to optimal standards.
  • Coordinate room availability with reception and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate room status.
  • Monitor daily arrivals to appropriately accommodate VIPs, regular, and long-stay guests.
  • Conduct daily and random inspections alongside supervisors and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Oversee all rotational and special cleaning programs.
  • Manage proper lost and found procedures and strict key control.

  • Adhere to hotel financial and sales policies and work duty management shifts when required.
