About the Internship

Pawzz Foundation, an innovative animal welfare organization based in Gurgaon, is inviting applications for a Video Editing internship. The organization focuses on raising awareness about animal issues via digital campaigns and volunteers, aiming to foster harmony between humans and animals by combating societal stigma through various initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

The Video Editor intern will be an essential member of Pawzz's creative marketing team. Responsibilities encompass collaborating closely with the founder to plan and shoot video content that authentically represents the organization's mission. The intern will capture dynamic footage of animal shelters, veterinary practices, and grassroots activities. Editing tasks will involve using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other editing software to produce high-quality video materials for social media and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency throughout.

Candidate Eligibility

Applications are open exclusively to those able to work remotely and start between August 10 and September 14, 2026. Candidates should be available for a 2-month period and possess appropriate video editing skills and interests. Women looking to start or resume their careers and fresh graduates are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 as a lump sum, divided into a fixed pay of ₹5,000-10,000 and a performance-based incentive of ₹5,000-10,000. Successful interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a potential job offer with an annual salary range of ₹250,000 to ₹600,000 upon conversion to a permanent role.
