About the Internship

Aadi Foundation, established in 2021, is a non-profit dedicated to improving education and food distribution in underprivileged tribal areas in India such as Delhi and Dehradun. The foundation aims to empower impoverished children through comprehensive educational and nutritional support.

This sales consultant internship offers candidates a chance to contribute directly to the foundation's mission by driving sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and representing the organization positively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing sales activities, follow-ups, and progress metrics.
• Carry out market research to discover potential business opportunities and develop qualified sales leads.
• Act as the organization's representative by maintaining professionalism, delivering positive customer experiences, and enhancing the foundation’s brand perception.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available to work full-time onsite throughout the internship.
• Applicants should be able to start between July 16, 2026 and August 20, 2026.
• Availability for the entire 3-month duration is required.
• Relevant skills and a demonstrated interest in sales and client relations are necessary.
• Preference given to candidates located in Delhi/NCR who can commit to working from the office.
• Strong communication skills, positivity, and eagerness to learn are highly encouraged.

Stipend and Benefits

• The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 13,000 to 17,000. This includes a fixed component of 3,000 to 7,000 and an incentive pay of 10,000 per month.
• Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
• Working days are five per week.
