Internship Role and Responsibilities
The marketing intern will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and customer interaction. Daily activities include:
- Generating innovative concepts to elevate brand awareness and activation events.
- Planning and implementing initiatives to foster high customer engagement both online and offline.
- Designing a framework for the brand’s loyalty program.
- Helping organize and manage social media campaign strategies.
- Crafting compelling content such as social media posts, reels, and blogs suitable for multiple platforms.
- Performing market research and analyzing competitor activities.
- Assisting in collaborations with other brands and managing influencer partnership efforts.
- Providing support in routine marketing endeavors across both digital and traditional channels.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore lasting 2 months.
- Internship start dates between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026.
- Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in marketing activities.
- Preference is given to women seeking to launch or resume their careers, as well as fresh graduates looking for employment opportunities.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm and foundational knowledge in brand marketing, performance marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- An interest in the food industry is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Proficiency across major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Creative aptitude to develop new and engaging marketing initiatives.
- Effective communication and writing capabilities.
- Familiarity with design or editing tools like Canva or Photoshop is preferred but optional.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English and spoken Hindi.
Stipend and Additional Benefits
The stipend ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹19,000 per month. Interns will receive a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and potential job offers upon successful internship performance. Work hours are flexible, with a schedule of five days a week, an informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages provided.
Future Opportunities
Upon successful conversion to a full-time employee, candidates may expect an annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹2,500,000.
