About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to support the CEO of a cutting-edge physical AI company operating remotely. The intern will be responsible for communication management, meeting preparation, financial tracking, documentation handling, and representing the executive when needed. This position demands close collaboration with the U.S. team, aligning working hours for seamless interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Compose and oversee email communications and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare materials including agendas and minutes for various meetings.
- Monitor and maintain financial accounts, reports, expense tracking, and dashboards for the CEO.
- Coordinate working hours with the U.S.-based team to facilitate real-time collaboration.
- Organize and manage document archives, records, and filing systems.
- Serve as a professional representative for the executive when required.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a remote internship opportunity.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 8th, 2026 and September 12th, 2026.
- Must commit to a full 4-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and strong interest in administrative operations.
Compensation and Benefits
