Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a recurring subscription on Broxer (the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. You can cancel anytime
You may cancel your active subscription at any time — there is no minimum lock-in or cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2. What happens when you cancel
- No further charges: once you cancel, your payment method will not be charged again — auto-renewal stops after your current billing cycle ends.
- Access continues until the cycle ends: you keep all paid features and benefits of your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Current cycle is not refunded: the amount already paid for the running billing cycle is non-refundable (see our Refund Policy). You simply won’t be billed for the next cycle.
- After the cycle ends: your account moves to the free tier. Paid-only features become unavailable, but your account, profile and data remain intact.
3. How to cancel
- Log in and go to your account billing area (Plans & billing / your wallet).
- Open your active subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm — you’ll see the date until which your plan stays active.
If you can’t find the option or need help, contact us and we’ll cancel it for you.
4. Credits & one-time purchases
Cancellation applies to recurring subscriptions only. One-time purchases and credit packs are not subscriptions — they remain in your account per their own validity and are non-refundable.
5. Changes initiated by us
If we discontinue a paid plan or materially change it, we will let you know in advance. In such cases any unused, pre-paid period will be handled fairly.
